Information evening breastfeeding
We offer information about breastfeeding, to help you be prepared. You can attend a breastfeeding information evenings where you’ll get lots of information and tips for the upcoming period. This is especially useful if you will be breastfeeding for the first time. The evening is free of charge.
Because of coronavirus measures now you’re invited to the free online English spoken breastfeeding information evening with breastfeeding expert (lactatiekundige) Sanne Koeman, in Zoom.
Sanne will schedule this online breastfeeding information evening every four weeks. You can sign up by filling in the contact form and register at the website of Sanne Koeman or sending an email to: email@example.com

Information evening labour and delivery
We are happy to provide you with information about labour and delivery and what that is like in the Dutch health care system. However, there is just not enough time to discuss this completely. Once every two months you’ll have the opportunity to attend an information evening about labour and birth. We will provide you with a lot of information and tips for the upcoming period. This is especially useful if this is your first birth in the Netherlands. The evening is free of charge.

Evening course first aid for childeren
Accidents are waiting to happen…As a parent or carer you are often the first one to deal with an accident. That’s why we offer a First Aid evening course for parents and carers of babies and young children.
It’s easier to deal with a situation when you know what you can and absolutely cannot do. That’s why we offer a First Aid for children evening course for parents and carers of babies and young children. This course is given in Dutch.
A PowerPoint presentation will discuss various life-threatening situations, illnesses and minor injuries. A qualified Orange Cross First Aid Instructor leads the course using the latest guidelines.
This evening course is given at our practice located in Gezondheidscentrum Duizendblad, at the Kamillelaan 1 in Amstelveen.
The next evening course is scheduled for:
- Friday 24th of June 2022
The course lasts three hours, from 7:00-22:00pm.
The cost is €15 per person, which should be paid in cash when registering/prior to the evening.
